We will not accept return of:

  1. Sealed goods (e.g. audio / video / DVD recordings) which have been opened and/or tampered with, but in the likely event that your product is faulty, will will first exchange it for another same item. No more than 2 exchanges for the same item will be permitted. In this case, we will refund the costs less any industry charges for administrating the item, including but not limited to postage and handling costs for the time spent during the returns period.

  2. Other Goods made to the customer's personal specifications.

For the benefit of despatch protocol, ALL our goods are thoroughly inspected for damages, marks, scratches and all other noticeable defects that may prevent the product from full functionality.

Please note, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange of the same product or refund).

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
